Born & raised in the Adirondack Region of Northern New York, Dennis Ryan has an extensive background in Management, Human Resources, and Marketing. He holds a BA from Norwich University, and an AS degree from Vermont College.

For the first 20 years of his career, Dennis was a turnaround specialist in the Radio Industry, managing various-sized radio station groups throughout the country.

He produced the Olympic Radio Network in 1980 in Lake Placid, and was a member of the Lake Placid Delegation to the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo in 1984, and Calgary in 1988. He maintains close ties to the region, where he served as Chairman of the Board of the Lake Placid / Essex County Visitor’s Bureau, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Lake Placid Horse Show Association. He’s the Founder of the Olympic Torch Restoration Committee, and a perennial volunteer with the Empire State Games.

Dennis also served 2 years as VP of NASCAR Marketing for several NASCAR teams, prior to joining the Merrill Lynch Private Client Group in Albany, where he worked one year. He spent 7 years as VP, Field Sales at RegionalHelpWanted.com, helping grow that company into the world’s largest network of locally-focused, bilingual Job Boards.

He’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and serves on the Board of Directors of both the Mid-Hudson Human Resource Association, and the Capital Region Human Resource Association; and is also a member of the Capital Region Recruiter’s Network.

Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Dennis’ financial services focus on providing solutions to Employee Benefit & Executive Compensation plans for companies of all sizes, as well as Financial Planning* for high net worth individuals.
