John began his financial services career at age 19 as a debit agent, quickly learning the business before becoming a sales manager in upstate New York. Taking over a team of just three agents, he grew it to 23 within 18 months and was recognized nationally as Rookie of the Year.
After serving as AVP for the Northeast Zone, John was called to lead his own agency in Buffalo, NY. Ranked 83rd of 90 agencies at the time, he transformed the office through recruiting and development, hiring 22 agents, promoting two sales managers, and ultimately earning numerous national awards and membership in the Million Dollar Leadership Group.
With 45 years of industry leadership, John has hired 365 advisors throughout his career, with 145 retained. He continues to focus on recruiting, developing, and empowering the next generation of professionals.
John lives in the Thousand Islands, NY, with his beloved 17-year-old puppy, Weasee.
